Nulla da eccepire sulla qualità dei prodotti, ma spedizioni lentissime. I tempi di consegna promessi non vengono mai rispettati . E poi il servizio clienti in chat è praticamente inesistente . Impiegano giorni per dare una risposta

I ordered 100ml frosted glass jars and received clear 100ml glass jars. I have emailed to let you know and have asked for a refund. I have not heard back but have quickly received an email asking for a review. I have tried calling but no answer. In the past I have always been happy with your service but with this order not so much. I would appreciate an answer to my email- thank you

Purtroppo sono un po' deluso dal servizio. La merce ci ha messo più di un mese ad arrivare, rallentando il mio lavoro e per di più le scatole erano aperte e alcuni flaconi/tappi erano rotti.

Everything was fine until my order arrived. I had 94 of 500 bottles broken. In my opinion the packaging what poorly done and cause the bottles to shift serverly during shipping. Stockmetics response is that they will insert bottles in my next order. Well that will not work as this order was so poorly handled there may not be a next order. I advise that the only 2 methods of mitigation is to send me 94 bottles at their expense or to refund me the cost shipping cost of 94 bottles. This is how it should be handled. Along with better packaging, I feel Stocksmetic should put universal languages (including English) of the word Fragile on their packages. Once the bottle reaches different countries, handlers need to know to be cautious, but they wouldn't know if they can't ready the language. I hope that stockmetic can fairly resolve this issue. As of now, I am looking elsewhere for bottle sourcing.

Ringrazio il corriere per avermi telefonato altrimenti non avrei ricevuto il pacco in quanto hanno sbagliato indirizzo pur avendoli sentiti telefonicamente.

Esperienza decisamente deludente, sito decisamente poco logico, prima appare la possibilità di andare al carrello, se non scorri fino in fondo alla pagina gli eventuali optional,non si vedono e comunque appaio nelle foto dell' articolo scelto ma non si capisce che sono optional, non è evidenziato in nessun modo.
