Shipping was prompt but the packing was very poor. In fact, there was no padding added to the box with glass perfume bottles. Many of the bottles broke.

The bad experience regarding purchacing process. Many time spent, not comfortable and user friendly. I have wrote an email to support but till now I have not received any answer. Also we have contacted regarding aditional information of bottles but nobody answered us. Very expensive delivery to EU countries.

I own a skincare company and I find it hard to keep up with my orders and how long it takes to arrive. My account is never up to date with tracking info and shipping info. You cannot reach anyone in the California office. The phone just rings, It's unacceptable

purtroppo in questa consegna, il bancale è arrivato visivamente danneggiato con i tappi fuoriusciti dalla scatola e contenuti solo dall'imballo in cellophane. Ho firmato con riserva, inoltre abbiamo trovato una scatole a cui mancava un vaso...

Hi! Your bottles ara one of the most expensive ones, yet they do not meet quality as a cheaper ones do out there on a market. Glass bottles are to heavy and too big and this has a big negative impact on a shipping prices. Design could be a lot cleaner, more minimalist. Especially when it comes to Heavy glass collections. Plus, a lot of times pumps are scratched. Also, you should really stop using PVC material in pipettes. I would recommend your products no more. They're too heavy, too robust with damaged pumps to many times. Kind regards!

unfortunately working with stocksmetic is full of ups and downs. lead times are a lot longer than confirmed. we are left without any notice of these delays unless we get in touch with you. recently communication is getting better as ms. fedderica is taking care of us. some goods arrive damaged, some in smaller quantities than ordered and paid for. some with low quality printing,.... so overall, if we would not have to work with stocksmetic for some projects, we would rather not do so, to avoid getting a headache.

Much way too long. 3weeks waiting to be shipped after pushing Beautiful packaging though experienced many defective sprays customer service and commercial answer is not at the same level we regret even through the years We hope you will improve

Delay in delivery, no feedback from customer service, more delays in delivery, and then extreme delays in refunds... also, whatever shows on the website as available, most cases is NOT available and they will drag you on for months like this.

Servizio clienti pessimo, volevo aggiungere un pezzo all'ordine già effettuato ma non me l'hanno permesso. Tutti gli altri nostri fornitori sono molto più flessibili. Prodotti perfetti.

Servizio clienti pre e post vendita pessimi. Passato giorni a sollecitare risposte che arrivano sempre dopo giorni che vengono fatte. La consegna avvenuta fuori termini di vendita. Una grande fatica!

Es muy complicado comprar on line y que las piezas del frasco sean envíos diferentes. Esto es muy caro. Además con una sola unidad sería suficiente y más económico.Los pirtes muy caros.
