As we order in small quantity and it packed in a large box's size. The glass bottle had broken for 2 pcs , no one injure.

When I place an order, it is impossible to enter both the delivery address and the billing address. The billing address in my case is always different from the billing address. On this order, you wrote the wrong delivery address, and I didn't get my order on time.

Le tempistiche di consegna risultano troppo lunghe. Ad oggi, in una realtà dermocosmetica in cui i clienti fanno richieste repentine ai produttori, il fornitore di packaging deve in qualche modo adeguarsi alla medesima celerità. Trasporti internazionali sono risultati spesso molto più veloci. 10 giorni lavorativi, insieme a disguidi dei corrieri che rallentano i tempi (es. mancata consegna per mezzo di trasporto inadeguato) nell'imminente 2025 devono essere superati.

The product itself is beautiful and durable, but there was absolutley no protection for the glass itself and I had to sort through shards of broken glass to pull out the bottles. It was a HORRIBLE experience.

This pallet we received was so poorly packed that most bottles were full of dust and all sorts of dirt, because bottles did not even come in a box and plastic did not cover most parts of the package, the box material that was covering the bottles, were badly damaged. Very dissappointed because the transport cost was crazy high! Now we have to put extra effort to clean all those bottles.

o atendimento ao cliente foi pouco preciso, informações contraditórias, prazos que não se cumpriram e emails que ficaram por responder por não terem resposta para nos dar. Penso que a comunicação deverá ser melhorada.

Your Stocksmetic.com order confirmation #4000001289 Dear Sirs, We are writing to you to complain about the products we received from you with the above mentioned invoice. The problem is that the collective packaging (cardboard box) was not strong enough and got deteriorated during transport. Because the plastic bottles were not packed also in a plastic bag, as it should be, they got very dirty and dusty. We use the bottles for skincare products and we have to wash every single bottle because of the inappropriate shipping packaging. This is the second time we get this problem with the bottles we receive from you. You understand that we are disappointed about this situation and especially that we had to spend time and money to wash the dusty bottles. Finally, please improve the collective packaging and always put the bottles in plastic bags before cardboard box. We look forward to hearing from you soon with a discount invoice. Regards, Camelia M.

Once again there were issues with the shipping care. Many many broken jars at the bottom on the box. This has happened before.

I received gold pumps and collars but the gold did not match. I’ve tried contacting customer service several times and have not received and answer or solution.
