Die Produkte sind absolut super! Der Service ist guter Standard. Aber für eine Firma die solche Sprüche macht "WE WORK WITH A SINGLE GOAL IN MIND: TO MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE" ist die Verpackungsorgie absolut untragbar!!!!! Leider kann man hier kein Bild anhängen - aber es ist wirklich unverständlich wie man für sowenig Stoff soviel unnötige Verpackung erfindet. Eigentlich müßte man dafür sogar negative Sterne vergeben.

Habe mehrfach um Zusendung eines Rücksendeetiketts gebeten. Keine Rückantwort. Die Mails werden ignoriert. Werde UYN auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

As much as I love uyn products I am unhappy with the buying experience and customer support. I had a basket with goods so that freight costs would be 0. To this basket I addd at a later stage a pair of socks and finished via paypal the transaction. To be honest I did not gave much attention to the amount. Later I figured out that just the socks were in the order and yes additional freight costs. I asked for canceling no feedback. Sending was processed and then I got an email: “we are sorry …” I asked for a coupon covering the delivery cost for my next order never heard back again … that was a week ago There is lot of space for improvement

Bonjour, j'ai effectué une commande n° #39867 que j'ai reçue le 04 décembre 2024. Le jour même, le 04 décembre, j'ai demandé l'échange pour une taille "M" en lieu et place de la "S" reçue. Le retour n°#2568 a été enregistré le 04 décembre 2024 et à ce jour 10 décembre, il est toujours en attente d'approbation. J'ai même envoyé un chat, hier 09 décembre, sans suite à ce jour. Sur le site YUN, la taille M du produit est disponible. Pouvez-vous m'apporter une réponse!? Cordialement.

The communication with the website is very poor. I sent a message and have not heard anything in 2 weeks. I have no idea where my package is. I enjoy the products and like buying them when i see them at stores.

non mi è stato possibile fare il cambio di taglia della maglietta UYN TEMPO RUN MAGLIA DA CORSA perché il servizio assistenza mi ha scritto che non c’era disponibile la taglia XL , ma lo stesso giorno ho effettuato un nuovo ordine Per la taglia XL della suddetta maglietta pagando le spese di trasporto in cui ho dovuto pagare le spese di trasporto
