At the beginning, the support from this provider was excellent. They followed up quickly on the design and order placement, which gave a very positive impression. The expectations were high. However, the following stages, the experience deteriorated significantly. Despite choosing express delivery, the order arrived slightly later than expected. The sizing was completely incorrect, all items were in the same size rather than the five sizes and varying quantities we had defined. The quality of the printing was extremely poor: visible pixelation, some prints appeared to be glued onto the fabric, and the alignment was off when the vests were laid flat. When I reached out about the quality issues and requested an immediate reprint due to our time-sensitive schedule, I was initially assured that a new order would be placed straight away. Within a few days, they began questioning the design, which clearly meant they hadn’t even started. After a week, they finally admitted that they could not fulfill the order. Customer support follow-up has been extremely poor, with messages often ignored, and negotiating a fair refund has been very difficult. Overall, while the initial support was promising, the subsequent handling of the order, production quality, and customer service were deeply disappointing.
