There is nothing comparable to your wonderful cheese. Some people can’t taste the difference between your cheese and other parmesan available locally. They don’t understand why I go through the trouble of ordering directly from Parma. I feel bad for them, that they can’t experience the wonderful difference, the sweet and nutty flavors that distinguishes your cheese. My favorite way of enjoying your cheese - plain pasta, a little olive oil and this special cheese. I love seeing life evolve and modernize, but certain things should never change and we are lucky that such dedicated people continue in their traditional way to produce such a great product. Thanks!!

Do Not Buy Anything Else Whether for yourself or as a gift (for someone who deserves the best) THIS is the parmesan you most want. I have never tasted anything as good (and my kids run very high end restaurants in NYC). The taste and texture are perfect and the shipping was incredibly fast!

Most delicious!!!!! We are big fan of Parmigiano Reggiano at our house. We wanted to try the more aged and found Parmashop on the internet as we usually only have easy access to the 1-year aged. Considering this cheese arrived directly from Italy, the service was very fast! We were able to track our package online and we were excited to see it arrive in our city. We planned a pasta dinner with roasted cod to feature our purchase, but first we had to taste it as soon as it arrived. The BEST parmigiano reggiano we have ever had! Full of tryosine crystals. So complex and wonderful. We tossed it generously on our fresh made pasta with some high quality olive oil and served with with fresh pan seared/finished in a hot oven Pacific cod and a side dish of pan roasted green beans and garlic. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you for sharing this wonderful product with the world. Worth the price!

Luxury in the Mouth I wanted to do something nice for a dear friend who lives in rural North Carolina, USA and discovered she had never tasted real, Italian parmesan. My mom was born in Santa Maria Monte so I have known real parmesan all my life. My friend was so very please, she had never tasted anything so good. She wrote to me, "My mouth feels luxurious and rich, I almost feel guilty eating this it is so good!" Your shipping was amazing, I was expecting months or weeks and you did it in days. Quality is unparallelled. Thank you for your dedication to excellence!

Wonderful Cheese We ordered from Parmashop, second time, and we were as pleased with this order as much as our first one a few weeks ago. The cheese is excellent and the service is too. I wish shipping costs were a little cheaper, but aside from that, we are pleased we ordered. Keep up the good work.
