Commande reçue 2 jours après. Rien à redire. Marque que j'adore. Par contre apparemment ils vont arrêter les chaussures de ville. Catastrophe !

Easy process and very quick turnaround. I received my boots back in less then 2 weeks from Italy. The customer service is helpful and nice. I hope the soles will last at least another 10 years :-) I would like to keep my boots for long.

Buttare via uno scarpone del 2004 con la tomaia ancora perfetta mi piangeva il cuore. Così ho fatto una scommessa: li ho spediti direttamente alla Asolo per farli risuolare e rigenerare. Il risultato? Spettacolare. 🤩 Sembrano appena usciti dal negozio: suola, intersuola, fascione, solette e lacci nuovi (più un ricambio extra), il tutto curato nei minimi dettagli con tanto di lettera di accompagnamento e packaging impeccabile. Complimenti ad Asolo: quando l'eccellenza italiana incontra la cura per il cliente e la vera sostenibilità (quella in cui si ripara anziché comprare continuamente nuovo), bisogna solo fare un applauso. 👏 Pronto per la prossima avventura in quota! 🏔️❄️

Ero dubbioso del servizio di risuolatura: devo ricredermi. Pedule riconsegnate dopo nemmeno una settimana dall'invio, risuolatura in Vibram impeccabile e pure le stringhe di scorta! Spesa molto inferiore all'acquisto di un nuovo paio equivalente, davvero un servizio a mio avviso ineccepibile. Adesso non mi resta che verificare se la durata delle suole sia equivalente a quella delle originali. Grazie. Saluti. Massimo.

I absolutely approve of my Asolo fugitives. I have been purchasing and wearing this product for about 15 years now. My only issue with this purchase is I was charged a international fee of approx 10 usd . With that being said I will still purchase.

I am on my 3rd pair of Asolo 520 TPS EVO backpack hikers. Each pair last me about 8 to 10 years depending on how much I get out to hike. I can say without a doubt, they are the most comfortable shoe I own, and I prefer to wear them over a sneaker if I am standing all day. They are incredibly durable and stick to every kind of rock I have scrambled up. I I was going to purchase my 4th pair, but thought I would try to re-sole the ones I had, the leather was still in good shape. I found sending the boots to the factory in Italy cheaper than sending them to cobbler in New Hampshire. I worked with Carol at Asolo and she was great. Every step of the process was clearly communicated and the boots out and back took maybe 2.5 weeks. I was blown away with the way they came back. They looked like new boots, but felt like my old ones. They reconditioned the leather, and re-soled the boot, they also added a rand around the toe box to prevent further wearing of the leather in that area. I am very happy that I chose to try the re-sole approach. I also received an extra pair of laces, which was a nice bonus to the kit. This was really a great experience for me, and I have already taken them out for their first outing in the Pack Forrest area of the Adirondacks here in New York. I purchased a set of Asolo Fugitive GTX's about 7-10 years ago, and I wore them without much maintenance, and the uppers eventually started to tear, after lots of waterlogged, winter and summer crossings in the UK. I've re-waterproofed the old ones to use in a pinch and just got another set now and expect they'll last similar or longer with proper maintenance! Awesome 30% off sale too!
