The Brooks Scape Large is not really satisfying. Compared to my Brooks bike bag I have since approximately 6-7 years, it has become super simple from the material and manufacturing. The new one is less easy to install since you need to fix the bike holder settings with screws, the interior has no separate small bag with a zipper and you find the screws inside the bag with no covering. I find it not Brooks-like, it looks cheap.

Easy to buy and fast shipment. The bag itself was disappointing to find that there is no handle but hooks are in place for them. Also, the lower clip can be adjusted to right side or left side but u like a version from lands end, you cannot rotate the clip to fit any type of rack. What a miss.

Beautiful bag, really well made. Have been using it for the last few weeks, lasted a big down poor with my laptop and bits staying dry. Easy to use and quick attachement system, feels very secure on my bike. Good reflection for riding at night. Only slight downside is when adjusting the side straps you have to roll them up with the velcro fastening to stop them flapping – which when I'm changing the contents of my bag on a daily basis is a bit annoying. Less noticeable if you're touring but I use for commuting.
