Callmewine war ein neuer Lieferant bzw. eine neue Quelle für gute Weine für mich. Es hat aber alles tipptopp und zuverlässig geklappt. Die Weine waren sehr gut verpackt.

Call me wine itself: 5 stars. Spoiled by UPS after advising delivery on a near date within a 3 hour window on separate dates with no delivery and no warning that delivery would not take place. Only on the third date was delivery made. I have found UPS unreliable before. DPD and DHL are much better

Shopping with Callmewine was straightforward and easy. They handlex my order in a correct way. UPS, responsible for delivery was rather confusing in the messages they sent me about the moment of actual delivery.

We love Italian wines and we were able to choose order and pay for our favourites with Callmewines user friendly system. The wine was delivered to our UK home within one week complete as ordered. Fantastic service, Thank you

Everything worked well until it turns out that the last part of delivery is handled by UPS which in many ways is an endless and unreliable process. If I had been able to see that UPS was involved, I wouldn't have engaged with callmewine. I am happy to be back as a customer when you can confirm that UPS is not part of the delivery anymore. Until then, I will buy my wine elsewhere.

I received the wrong case of wine. Initially, they were helpful through email support and asked me to give a date where the case I ordered could be exchanged for the one that was delivered. That was a week ago. There has been no further help other than a generic "we haven't forgotten about you". I think they have. I'll have to take this up with my credit card company now. I've ordered wines many times from Italy without any problems. This company is terrible. Avoid.

Excellent and efficient delivery. We had the wine in scilly which was just like an excellent champagne. Ordered in way home and delivered within a week. Would recommend this company.
