Customer service was very fast, delivery as well

Really nice products designed by LaSportiva; No problems at this point. Sadly combined with a extremly poor delivery service by FedEx partner Hermes in the final delivery process. Parcel was told to be settled at the demanded place; But in contrast it has been delivered to another address and place. In direct contact with Hermes asking for a proof of delivery they denied multiple times to offer a picture of the delivery place and handing over the problem to me as customer. After 10 days surprisingly a neighbour arrived at my house carrying a package and asked if I‘ve been missing a parcel. He found it after coming back from holidays in his cabin where his trashbins are located. Since now I didn‘t received any act of compensation by Hermes.

Excellent customer service from La Sportiva! My experience with the La Sportiva online store has been excellent. The customer service team was extremely friendly, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. When I needed assistance with my return, they responded quickly, explained everything clearly and immediately helped me resolve the issue by providing a new return code. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I genuinely felt that they cared about helping me as a customer. This is exactly the kind of customer service that builds trust in a brand. Prodigio Pro sind die besten Schuhe die ich jemals gehabt habe. Allerdings habe ich auch ein Paar für Regen gebraucht. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, wenn man in die Prodigio Pro Gore- Tex eingezogen hätte. Stattdessen hat man die Prodigio Max GTX auf den Markt gebracht. Die Dämpfung ist härter und der Schuh insgesamt härter. Er ist auch gut und ich mag ihn. Aber der Prodigio Pro ist besser.

The service and delivery was nearly perfect. I could not get the shoes in my size anywhere else. A little discount on the regular price would have made it great.

The customer service was helpful with locating the parcel. However, the shoe box was damaged, though the outer box wasn't. So that was not great. After the twist and trun with the deliver company, I was just glad to receive the itmes.

I only wear la sportiva - for a reason :) But the lasportiva.com experience is really annoying - the website is quite slow, with every new page again a pop up with the question of country and cookies…why? At the moment you cant find a category „insulation jackets“ Regards

Hochwertige Produkte. Wanderschuhe sind sehr gut und halten viele Jahre durch. Leichter Einkauf, guter Preis und schnelle Lieferung. Sehr empfehlenswert.

It started not so well as the buying process 'got stuck' - the payment worked, but completion of my order not. Irrespective, I wrote to the team and they reacted very quickly (within 24hrs), and followed up; and I received my order within the week, as expected. So full marks for the support, and the product. (I am a fan I have 10 pairs of LaSportiva shoes, all excellent and all used extensively).
