Garmont Boost are some of the only boots I have found to fit and support my feet. In not having my size overseas, I jumped on the opportunity to order my boots from Garmont online. They came in faster than any of my other package orders, allowing me to get back in the fight. Thank you for the timely order of the boots that keep me moving!

Really good boots, to use on the trails and run around especially when your running through rivers and they dry pretty quick. Thanks to Grittysoldier for recommending these. Garmont did a pretty good job on getting my warranty and sending them out pretty quick.

I’m not to happy with boot because around the ankle feels very stiff and cuts into ankles. I’m awaiting insoles in hope to raise the foot height to overcome this. Otherwise a nice boot

Because the T8 LE 2.0 is designed for high-performance durability and support, the materials can be quite stiff right out of the box. Adding an insole to adjust your foot height is a great idea, as it can often realign where the collar of the boot sits against your ankle bone. (everyone’s foot is a bit different) In addition to the insoles, you might find relief by adjusting your lacing technique to reduce pressure on the ankle area during the break-in period. Here are two options to try: Window Lacing (Pressure Relief): If the stiffness is hitting a specific spot on your ankle, you can "skip" a set of eyelets. Instead of crossing the laces over at the point of discomfort, run them vertically to the next eyelet to create a "window." This relieves direct pressure on the sensitive area while keeping the rest of the boot secure. Two-Zone Lacing: You can tie a surgeon's knot (looping the laces around each other twice) just above the instep. This allows you to keep the lower part of the boot tight for stability while leaving the upper ankle laces slightly looser to allow for more flex as the leather and nylon soften. Typically, these materials will "soften up" and mold to your specific gait after 20–30 miles of use. We hope these adjustments make a difference in your comfort!

I recently purchased a pair of NFS boots. So far, I have found them to be very comfortable and useful. During the purchasing process , I needed to exchange boots for a larger size. Customer service made the exchange very smooth. They are very helpful ans friendly. I wish there was a way to offset shipping costs on exchanges. For an on-line boot seller, size exchanges are a fact of life. Any way to make the shipping a little less painful? Otherwise, I am very satisfied with Garmont products and service.

I ordered size 8wide, received 8 regular. When I spoke with your representative he informed me the order was for 8 regular and the your automated system could not make this mistake. I was told I myst pay to return the boots and also pay for a replacement pair. I chose to donate the boots to disabled veterans and shop elsewhere. Not anything like a pleasant experience…

Extremely satisfied with the customer service I received with Garmont. I had a minor issue where one of the boots I received, had a minor defect. I reached out to Garmont. They helped get everything sorted out in a super timely manner, and were very responsive. I am 100% a satisfied customer and I will continue to buy Garmont boots in the future!
