Order was not delivered, delivery company didnt contact me for a solution but just send it back. Alpine world didnt add the note I added while ordering for easier find of the address I guess. Then the customer service wasnt friendly and not understanding. I asked if they send it again if they could use another delivery company but they didnt answer. But a second order might be too late for my adventure anyways..

I had to pay £70 in customs duties that I wasn’t told about when I put in the order.

Ho ordinato una piccozza da alpinismo, mi è arrivata leggermente battuta. Ho provveduto a scrivere e a mandare le foto all’assistenza, ho specificato che non avrei chiesto il reso, solo di fare più attenzione. Neanche una risposta
