scarsa disponibilità di accessori per navi moderne del dopoguerra

Faccio acquisti da molti anni presso la Amatimodel e non ho mai avuto la minima occasione di scontento. Apprezzo molto la cura con cui gli oggetti vengono imballati, qualunque sia il loro valore. Mi piacerebbe che Amatimodel vendesse i piani di costruzione dei modelli Victory Model e di tutte le navi che vende.

Gentili Signori, grazie per la vostra richiesta. La consegna è arrivata dopo quattro giorni e i pezzi sono corretti. Tuttavia ho ricevuto da UPS una fattura di CHF 37.70 per il trasporto. Secondo le vostre condizioni di consegna, le spese di spedizione erano già incluse. Per questo motivo non ho pagato la fattura. Vi prego di chiarire la situazione con UPS.

De levering was zeer snel! En de prijs was goed. In Nederland is het model een stuk duurder. Ook kwam het goed verpakt en netjes onbeschadigd aan! Ik ben zeer te spreken over Amati, ook vanwege de mooie bouwdozen. Het beslag is van goede kwaliteit en een duidelijke bouwbeschrijving erbij.

Ho acquistato accessori sfusi per modellismo navale e due kit , una piccola giunca pirata e il Runabout. Molto ben dettagliati e completi e soprattutto con abbondanza di materiali. Direi estremamente soddisfatto .

Sono almeno tre anni che ordino materiale da amati. Ottimo sito, facile per fare ordini, veloci nelle spedizioni, materiale come descritto,precisi e velocissimi nelle spedizioni. Che dire. Lo consiglio

This is now the second time that I unfortunately needed service from Amati. The first time, several round wooden strips were missing. I reported this to Amati. No response. I contacted them again. Still no response. Fortunately, the Baillien shop in Antwerp, where I had purchased the boat, was kind enough to send me the strips free of charge. The second time, I had problems with the plastic upper part of the Ferrari boat. I was led on for almost two months in an attempt to resolve the issue! Nothing was done. In the end, I found someone else who did solve the problem. So you should not buy anything from Amati, because they simply do not know what service means! Fortunately, other brands do. I will certainly make this known and warn people at the model building clubs.

Good morning, we are sorry to read what has been reported; however, we consider it necessary to clarify that this review contains statements that do not correspond to the actual facts. Regarding the first episode mentioned, our internal verification shows that the wooden strips referred to were not included in the contents of the kit purchased. As for the issue concerning the plastic upper part of the Ferrari Arno XI model, the customer was assisted through email correspondence over an extended period, receiving timely replies and continuous technical support. In particular, we took time to carefully evaluate how we could intervene and to verify the feasibility of a possible solution. Before this process was concluded, the customer informed us that he had independently found a solution to the problem. At that point, since the matter had already been resolved on his side, no further action was required. It is also important to underline that the difficulty reported arose from painting and paint removal attempts carried out independently, and not from a manufacturing defect of the kit. We therefore believe that this review does not accurately represent the assistance actually provided and may be misleading for other users. We remain available for any further clarification. Sono rimasto impressionato dall'organizzazione e dell'attenzione per me cliente per la prima volta. Telefonata da una Vs. collaboratrice calma e dolce. Spedizione rapida e ricezione dell'ordine prima del previsto. Complimenti. Voto 5 con lode e bacio in fronte. Tutto vero.
