He hecho ya tres pedidos a Amati y mi opinión no puede ser mejor, calidad en el material y un atento servicio personal para un problema que tuve con un pedido, que no había en stock en ese momento y se pusieron en contacto vía e-mail para ofrecerme alternativas, todo fue correcto.

Great quality of tool. Very good shipping service. i would recommend Amati model tools to everyone who build ship models. only one thing i didnt liked, and thats need to have Italian Tax number to be able to order items. so if you are not Italian, it will be difficult to order from this website.

The purchase was so easy the price very attractive, from the producer itself. I researched which J Class model amongst many, to purchase. Everything is looking great. Building this Amati Endeavour 1:35 will be one of my many first tasks after my retirement in just a few months.... I shall make this building the Endeavour special

I was very pleased with my purchase from Amati. It was fast (shipping to Portugal), and there were no questions asked at the time of purchase. I will definitely continue to buy from Amati.

En términos generales, las dos experiencias de compra que ya he tenido con la tienda online de Amati, han sido buenas, incluso en el segundo pedido, se pusieron en contacto conmigo vial e-mail para comunicar que uno de los productos estaba agotado y pude cambiarlo por otro sobre la marcha, lo que habla bien de la organización. Como aspecto menos positivo, se me ocurre decir que la web esté mejor actualizada en cuanto a los productos que no están en stock o están agotados, pero en general, estoy satisfecho con la calidad de los productos y la atención de la empresa. Saludos.

Buying ,delivery and price were good. Building instructions were not supplied (8 plans and drawings were included.) After several emails to you i still did not receive the 'Building Instructions' to this day. I have started the build but i am not impressed and would be recommending that this model should NOT be bought from you . My opinion will change if,i get the instructions. Thank you, and Stay Safe.
