Well I was not happy about having to resole my new boots. Still a little disappointed but after seeing my new resoled boots I’m glad I sent them in cause you did a Great job repairing them. I love those boots and the way they fit. Just wanted to say thank you. I’m still a Asolo fan!! Stay great my friends!!!! Maybe you will send me a free Asolo shirt xl . Have a great day and thank you again!!

Service au top pour le ressemelage de mes chaussures de rando : j'ai récupéré des chaussures comme neuves !!.... Merci à toute cette équipe !! Je recommande vivement ce service. J'ai une nouvelle paire à acheter pour femme, et ça sera des ASOLO !!

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had! Superb communication, pick up and delivery, and the finished product was way better than anticipated. I will recommend and only wear a Asolo Boots.

Très bonne prise en charge de la demande avec des explications claires. Clarté au niveau du prix également qui n' est pas exorbitant compte tenu de la qualité de la rénovation. Les chaussures ont été retournées au bout de 10 jours. Les chaussures sont comme neuves: la peau retournée a été nettoyée, semelles remplacées (demande d' origine) , semelles intérieures également, lacets neufs !! Reparties pour de nouvelles randonnées en montagne !! Je recommande absolument !!

I have bought a pair of asolo hiking shoes a little over 4 years ago. They are my favorite shoes bu far. I have worn them in all my hikes, ran in the mountains and quite often wore them in town. They look great, they keep me dry when it rains or snows. After 4 years their soles got worn down, and it turns out you can get them resoled, which I did. And now I basically have a new pair of shoes, which I intend to wear until they fall apart completely :)

I requested resoling services and Asolo handled my request in a quick, easy manner. When I had questions, they answered via email timely and friendly. Would recommend resoling to anyone with Asolo hiking boots.

Thank you so much for repairing the sole of my walking boots. They have exceeded expectations and look like new boots. I was impressed also with Fedex who were the courier who delivered them back to me today. Ready for my next few days of walking and it’ll be good to be back wearing my favourite boots!

I sent the boots back to Asolo in Italy to get the outsoles reattached, and while the customs process was a little annoying and the wait was significant, I got back a pair of boots that was almost like a BRAND NEW pair. They not only reattached the new outsoles, but there were extra reinforcements over the toe box, 2 sets of all-new laces (which I didn’t even ask for) and a polish that almost completely made all previous scuffs and gouges disappear! This service was so much better than buying new boots because I received boots that are better than brand new, because they’re already broken in to my feet! Fantastic!!

I bought what I thought were US sizes. Unfortunately, they were European sizes. I asked Carol Zanin if Asolo would please offer me a one time forgiveness as the return fee was going to be $100. She said there was no forgiveness on ordering wrong sizes, so I paid through the Asolo sight the Fed Ex charges and emailed her along with sending the Paypal receipt, waiting for the labels to be sent to me. I paid for the return postage on Friday and then learned that she will not be in the office until Wed. 4/26. Since you only allow a short time to return these boots and I paid to get the label from Asolo, I reached out to find another person who could help me at Asolo. This above "feedaty" is the only response I received and no labels. I thought that someone else in the company could help me. Hopefully, she will get the paypal receipt and get me the labels by tomorrow. Please, make this happen this week, so at least I can get a refund for the two wrong sized boots!

I had my boots re-soled. This is a fantastic option to have, as I got like-new boots back for just under half the price of new ones, (including shipping both ways). The process was a little slow at the beginning, but once the order was underway it was all plain sailing. Would highly recommend.

I am very concerned and disappointed about the return and refund process with the company. I liked the boots but they were to small. Had to send them back and pay the cost $280.00! Then I am still waiting on my refund, even thought they have my boots in the exact way they wanted them returned. All I get from anyone is a run around that it takes time. So disappointed!!!
