Sadly, I have to say my shopping experience was not good. I love Asolo boots and shoes, and would wear nothing else, given the opportunity. However, I find your emails etc unclear and difficult to navigate. (I had to contact customer services just to access my account). On the other hand, your customer service was very clear, helpful and quick to respond. The delivery with FedEx was a joke. Twice they said they were delivering, and twice they didn't show. My shoes were taken to the wrong address. I was panicking as you only have a 14 day return policy. Also to have to pay for delivery AND returns I think is too much. After placing my order, I became ill and house bound. How am I supposed to print off a return label without a printer? How would I even do it IF I had a printer? It's all far to complicated and stressful. I will never buy through you again simply for that reason. I will try to arrange a return but I think I may just have wasted a lot of money. Sad for me , and sad for you as a loose a devoted customer.

The Boots are better than new. Asolo also gave me 2 new sets of strings and new footbeds. It was a little expensive to ship, but IMO I couldn't have gotten a new pair as nice as these are now. Grazie Asolo!

I just received my boots back from your resoling service. I was a bit reluctant to send them all the way to Italy. 🇮🇹 My boots are amazing, comfortable, no blisters even on treks to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. Early this year I discovered that the soles were delaminated. They returned as good as new with even new laces and insoles. Thank you! Asolo

Sent my asolo fugitive gtx in for resoling. The original sole has completely deteriorated. The way I say my boots upon return are brand new. They are brand new. I honestly was surprised when I opened the box up to see the quality of craftsmanship. A dying trade - thank you Asolo!

J'ai fait ressemeler ma paire de chaussures de marche chez Asolo. Il aurait été dommage de ne pas le faire, les chaussons était en très bon état. Bilan : - Une semelle, et un embout de protection tout neuf. - Semelle intérieure et lacet neuf. Et même le chausson a été brossé, on dirait une paire de chaussures neuves. Je suis très satisfait du résultat, et de prolonger la vie de ma paire de chaussures. Des dépenses, et des déchets en moins. Bravo

You must make it obvious this a purchase from oversees. Everyone expects free shipping and you are causing me to spend $100 just to exchange. I could have purchased from a local company but did not know you were oversees. The shipping cost should be highlighted on the purchasing page. You are deceiving people, I love the shoes but need a different size. The customer service is horrible.
