Mi sono trovata benissimo, Asolo è sempre una garanzia e poi per la prima volta acquisto dal sito del costruttore ad un costo inferiore a quello proposto da AMAZON! Almeno uno che applica una politica corretta, bravi continuate così

I sent a pair of boots I've owned since the 1980s in to get new soles, they came back like new! I am so pleased with the results!

Leider lösten sich beide Sohlen meiner schönen kaum genutzten Wanderschuhe. Für 85 € Reparaturkostenbeitrag schickte ich die Schuhe ein und bekam sehr schnell neue Schuhe. Das war positiv. Nicht so gut: Es gab gar keine andere Möglichkeit der Reklamation, man musste den Weg über die Bezahlung vorab gehen. Auch negativ: Während der Reparatur/Umtauschzeit war sämtlicher Mailverkehr in italienisch - leider nicht in Deutsch. Das sollte optimiert werden. Aber sonst mag ich die Produkte. Vielen Dank.

Sending my favourite 6 year old pair of boots back to be resoled was something I wasn’t sure about at the time, but within two weeks my resoled boots where returned in fantastic condition. The workmanship was first class and my boots are as good, if not better than if I’d bought a new pair. I’m extremely happy with the result and have already taken them on a short hike to test the repair… they passed with flying colours! Asolo produce some of the best hiking boots around.

Fantastic boots. Really good quality. Still to be tested in the mountains. Very quick delivery, especially that they were sent to the UK (3 working days). No extra custom charges (all arranged and clearly itemised at the time of purchase). Thank you!

Wonderful support. Sent my boots in for re-heeling. They explained the process. While shipping hiking boots overseas may seem a bit mad, these fit me beautifully and I wanted to save the. The process was easy and took only a few weeks to complete. Thank you.

Ho richiesto la risuolatura di un paio di pedale in quanto la tomaia era ancora in buone condizioni. Asolo mi ha inviato tutte le istruzioni del caso, preventivo, tempo previsto dell'intervento e tempi di spedizione. Sono molto soddisfatto del restauro eseguito con precisione, ora sono ritornate nuove, la calzata è rimasta invariata così come il conforto. L'intervento di risuolatura mi ha permesso inoltre di risparmiare. Asolo è sinonimo di qualità e professionalità, utilizzo questi prodotti dal 1982.
