Sinceramente, no me esta gustando la experiencia de compra. La talla que he usado siempre 42 1/2 me hace daño y quiero descambiar las botas pero me resulta muy dificil comunicarme con el proveedor y no tengo claro como hacerles llegar el envio. Si pueden contactar conmigo se lo agradezco ya que les he mandado varios correos sin obtener una respuesta clara

J'ai testé le retour d'un produit qui ne me convenait pas et j'ai été rassuré du bon déroulement de l'opération, étant donné le parcours du colis de la France vers l'Italie. Moins de 2 semaines entre la réexpédition (par Colissimo) et le remboursement effectif sur mon compte.

I bought my first pair of Asolo hikers over 20 years ago! Ten years later when I was ready for my 2nd pair, I was in Banff visiting my daughter and was fortunate to find a store that carried the Asolo brand. I had given up hope when I recently was in need of my 3rd pair. I decided to use Google to see if I could locate a store near me. I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to easily access the Asolo brand that I have come to depend on. Great quality...great fit...great experience! The website was extremely easy to use and my hikers were delivered in record time! Thank you for providing a reliable product and excellent service!

I don’t want this review to sound overly negative, but I don’t have great things to say. I love asolo shoes. Love them. Amazing. Customer service, on the other hand is less than desirable. First of all, please be aware that if you order from asolo on their website, the products ship directly from Italy. That means that if you need to return an item because they are a half size too big, fedex will want 250 dollars, in my case, to ship the return item back to Italy from the states. Kind of tough. So, I contacted Carol Zanin with their customer service department and asked if a better shipping rate could be extended to customers. She never even bothered to respond. I sent an email to her explaining that I was upset about not hearing back from her. The answer could have been no. I am still owed a response based on common courtesy. Pretty poor treatment, and I can’t give you guys a good review. I’m stuck with shoes that don’t fit, which is what it is, but salt in that wound was unnecessary. 0 stars for the experience if I could. Pretty disappointing.

At Asolo we do not offer free shipping and returns and the costs for the returns are at customer's expensive; after contacting our customer service we proposed to you to use our FedEx subscription which has a mroe reasonable price, but by now we haven't recieved any answer. Asolo.com is headquartered in Italy & is different from Asolo-USA. com. Its website offers more hard-to-find sizes (and isn't sold out of everything!) I bought a small men's size boot, hoping it would be wider than the equivalent woman's size. It was, but not enough for my wide feet. Alas, you are on the hook for return international shipping, costing upwards of $60. Asolo is perhaps the best hiking-boot makers in the world but like most footwear designed in Italy, Asolos are geared for narrow, finely boned feet (think Prada). I wish there was the option to return to a US location. The return was more involved but the international customer service is excellent
