My experience with Asolo was excellent. Great advice and support prior to purchase. The boots are perfect and your sizing remains consistent, which is important when buying on-line. My only criticism is for your chosen courier, Fed Ex, who were rubbish. They failed to deliver against their 3 stated delivery times. Their first was postponed by 24hours, their second postponed by 6 hours and their third simply missed. Only on their 4th stated delivery schedule did they succeed. Yes it was a busy period but but their automated tracking and delivery mechanism built false expectations and then disappointed. But I reaffirm Asolo boots are brilliant for narrow shallow feet. Keep up the good work

Tout est parfait : Les chaussures sont très confortables, très bien finies. L'envoi a été très rapide malgré la période de Noël. Les chaussures étant en rupture de stock, j'ai été informé par message de leur disponibilité pour que je puisse passer ma commande. Le transporteur et livreur était très aimable et poli. Très bonne expérience d'achat. Merci.

Had my Asolo boots for about 10 years and very pleased. Comfortable and hard wearing - i do a lot of miles. They recently needed resoling and Asolo did that for me at a very reasonable price. I sent the boots to them (in Italy) and was very pleased with how quickly they did the job and returned them to. Would definitely recommend these boots to other keen walkers.

I'm very happy with my new boots they're well made and comfortable! However I was disappointed to find my boots heavily discounted on a competitors website the day after I bought them... You would think buying directly from the manufacturer would be cheapest! :-\ What really killed this rating... The boots took AGES to arrive, Asolo used FedEx, the worst courier in the world!! I would get daily emails promising delivery before 12 noon, only for the delivery to not show up! I waited at home for my boots for 5 days! Every day at about 1pm I would receive an email telling the parcel will arrive tomorrow before 12. Recommendation - don't use FedEx/Hermes!

Asolo makes great boots and shoes, they are comfortable, they stand up to abuse and the parts are high quality, yes they are expensive, but they last ....forever! I can't say enough great things about them.

Expérience malheureuse avec le transporteur FedEx. Au final, livraison effectuée mais avec 2 semaines de retard. Difficile de dire que la responsabilité en incombe à Asolo ! Sinon toujours aussi satisfaite de la qualité des chaussures (confort, sécurité, finitions).
