I have worn through more than one pair of Asolo shoes over the years and have yet to experience any issues. Fit, durability, and consistency of construction while staying current with changing footwear technology are my reasons for continuing to purchase Asolo shoes.

This is the third pair of shoes I purchased from Asolo. I came to trust the quality of their products. The shoes are true to size, convenient, and relatively long lasting.

Very easy to order and came quickly. Look forward to hiking with them next spring. My last pair that I bought in 2013 went all over the world with me and I loved the rugged flexibility.

I am extremely pleased with the resoling, it’s perfect! Thank you for your excellent work. In all, resoling my shoes was only somewhat cheaper than buying a new pair of similar Asolo shoes when considering shipping from Canada and customs (about 75% of the price of new shoes), but I feel that it was well worth it, as apart from the worn soles, the shoes were still in very good condition. Now they’re as good as new. I will probably send them back to you in a few years to have the soles changed again if the shoes are still in good shape. However, it would have been nice to be able to choose the shipping method when sending the shoes back to me. I would not have minded waiting a few weeks if the shoes could have been sent by sea instead of air, since the carbon footprint of sea shipping is smaller. I feel cognitive dissonance between the fact that I am trying to extend the life of my shoes to prevent them from ending up prematurely in a landfill, and having them fly back to me by jet. Speed is not always necessary! And shipping by sea is also a bit cheaper, which would only encourage me more to send them to you next time. Please consider offering a slower route to your clients who don’t mind waiting a bit longer if it means less pollution. All the best, SG
