Easy to find product on web site. Order process was a little confusing, especially trying to fill in blanks for address (site edit prevented me entering the order without having to make up a suffix number for my address. I substituted the last 4 numbers from my zip code to get order to flow through order entry.

scarpa bella domenica la provo poi d’oro bene . Unico punto negativo che le producono in Romania speravo venissero fatte nel Veneto visto anche il periodo di difendere il Made in Italy .

The speed of delivery was exceptional and when I had to exchange the shoes for a different size the customer service was excellent...as was the speed of delivery for the replacements!

I like this shoe. It's definitely an approach shoe... or casual shoe. Not a 'boot light.' The thing that is immediately notable about this shoe is the softness of the insole when you put them on. It's nice. The nature of the lacing on this shoe can accommodate narrow or wide feet. All around good and comfortable choice.

Hi, The whole experience from finding the product on the website, purchasing on the website, being informed at every stage of the process to receiving the product was EXCELLENT! Congratulations to everybody involved in your company, once again. I have bought Asolo boots on several occasions, which is why I felt confident about buying trail shoes online. The size is the most important feature to avoid blisters and foot pain or injury. The boots I have had from Asolo before have always been very good in this respect and I have sent boots twice to the factory to have them re-soled. The website purchase process is easy. The information I received confirming purchase was good. I received e-mails and SMSs from FedEx informing me of delivery date. From buying the shoes on a Saturday evening (20.00h) to receiving the shoes on Wednesday midday the whole process was very, very good. The transportation took TWO working days Monday-Wednesday! This is very impressive! Whatever you are doing, just keep doing it!

Chaussures parfaites, comme d'habitude et livraison express impeccable!! Seul petit bémol, fabrication désormais Vietnam et plus Roumanie....c'est plus loin et moins éthique, sans compter la marge énorme que vous devez faire maintenant.... la mondialisation et la rémunération des actionnaires passe malheureusement avant le social et l'écologie....
