I ordered the incorrect size as the website had the UK sizes as the default dropdown and I needed a US size. I emailed the company and they resolved the situation very quickly. That's great customer service.

I've been trying to get a hold of someone to take care of the issue I had with shipping, defects in the shoe, and trying to get a refund. No one has responded. I would 100% never recommend this company to anyone based on what I've experienced.

Wir sind von der Qualität überzeugt und sind vom Trage komfort begeistert. Lediglich eine Rücksendung wird teuer, da sie (zurück) nach Italien erfolgen muss... Das ist bei Schuhen, wo man tendenziel imm er mehrere Größen bestellt, da kein Schuh gleich ist, etwas blöd. Als Trost hat diese immerhin trotz der großen Entfernung und sprachlicher Barriere sehr gut geklappt! Wir können es weiterempfehlen!
