I was quite surprised to receive such speedy service .I ordered over the internet on Friday Feb.14th and they arrived on Tuesday Feb .18th- From Italy to Delaware. Their boots are made very well and provide excellent support- no break in period. Very pleased with their service.

This is not Asolo's fault but the shipping provider FedEx, and unfortunately it has put me off ordering anything else. first attempt with a wrong address, once amended this wasn't changed officially by Fedex, and they still attempted to deliver to the wrong address - Customer Service kept telling me it was out for guaranteed delivery, meaning i was staying in for days at a time. 4 times my case was escalated to a supervisor (over two hours spent on the phone). only to either blame someone else, not call me back or say "sorry for the inconvenience" - after which time (a week) i told fedex i would go and personally pick up the delivery myself to be told they lost the parcel and it took them 7 hours to find. I then explicitly told CX that i didn't want that delivery to move from the depot and that i would go and pick the delivery up now they had found it from work the next day, only to be informed the next day IT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY ! I then drove home from work, stuck a note on the door to call my mobile as the bell didn't work, only to be notified I WASNT IN ! - escalated again to a supervisor and said "sorry, its the drivers fault it shouldn't of left the depot" - so i drive back over to the depot in the evening to go and personally collect it at 6pm. 30mile round trip.

J’adore les chaussures Asolo. Leur qualité. Déçu que tant de produits soient en rupture sur le site (sans cela j’aurais acheté 2 ou 3 paires au lieu d’une). Frais de ports très élevés et retour si taille pas bonne à la charge du client. Peut mieux faire de ce point de vue.
