I ordered a set of replacement handle bar grips and two left hand grips arrived. I messaged them to ask their advice on how to rectify the situation and have has absolutely no response at all.

Ich hatte 2 Sattelfedern für den B66 Sattel bestellt. Leider wurde ein leerer, bereits aufgerissener Umschlag angeliefert. Der Umschlag war für den Versand nicht geeignet. Eine Ersatzlieferung wurde bisher leider nicht angeboten.

Habe einen Sattel über die Internetseite Brooks England bestellt. Geliefert wurde dieser aus Italien über die Selle Royale Group. Da der Sattel nicht für meinen Anwendungsfall passt, wollte ich diesen innerhalb der Frist von 14 Tagen zurücksenden. Eine Kontaktaufnahme über Email an mail@selleroyalgroup.com ist nicht möglich, da niemand antwortet. Anfragen zur Abstimmung der Rücksendeformalitäten werden ignoriert. Ignorante Geschäftspraktiken. Nie wieder ein Kauf von Brooks England bzw. Selle Royal.

Ich habe keine Möglichkeit gefunden, den Sattel zurück zu geben. Ich muss ihn zurückgeben, da ich ihn mehr brauche. Bitte schicken Sie mir die Rechnung zu, die ich auch nicht per E-Mail erhalten habe. Und sagen Sie mir, wie ich den Sattel zurückgeben kann. Danke.

Love the gear. But the coordination between Brooks and Selle Royal is very bad. It took me multiple emails to finally reach someone who could make a difference. Unfortunately, I am only going to shop on Amazon for future Brooks purchases. Way less of a hassle.

This is my second Brooks saddle. The first one I was very happy with was stolen. The saddle was sent very quickly. Unfortunately, the quality of workmanship leaves much to be desired. The saddle was made carelessly from a random piece of leather. The mounting rivets were poorly pressed. I do not recommend.
