The bikepacking bag I ordered came without the dry bag that should have been included. My attempts to reach out to customer service were never answered so I had to return the item I did receive.

The accessory I purchased didn’t fit the seat. The return form didn’t work on the website, and nobody has answered my emails to process the return and help fix my broken saddle.

Love the seat . What I do not love it that it came in the brooks box, dusty, not attached to the cardboard holder and with the envelope ripped open prior to me opening it. This makes me think it was a return and quality control missed the mark on repackaging it. Great seat nonetheless but very dissatisfied upon unboxing. Last two I bought were pristine , attached to cardboard holder, with wrapping paper, and unopened envelope. My review is based on one experience of three. My review is not about the seat as it's still by far my favourite (b17 carved,brooks cambium octane and orange)

Could not contact Brooks England. I have a B17, bought 2 years ago. Tried to phone. No phone number available. Online commerce regulations state that sellers must have a local phone number. Tried to email. Used Brooks online contact portal. No response, no acknowledgement. My saddle is under warranty, so I should not have had to pay for a new tensioning bolt-£5 £9 shipping. They came from Italy. Another British marque sells out-just wants the money, doesn't want to talk to customers.

Ich habe mehrere Sättel und Griffe der Firma Brooks gekauft. Dabei hatte ich mehrere Brüche der Sattelgestelle. Teilweise nach kurzer Gebrauchzeit. Die Sättel wurden von einem autorisierten Fachhändler montiert. Das Problem dabei war die Erreichbarkeit, die Kommunikation und das Kulanzverhalten der Firma Brooks/Selle Royal. Leider ist die Kundenunfreundlichkeit meiner Meinung nach nicht zu toppen.

Ich habe den Sitz am 18.5. bestellt und heute (30.5.) ist der Sattel noch immer nicht eingetroffen. Gleichwohl bekomme ich die Aufforderung meinen Einkauf zu bewerten?!

The shipping was delayed because DHL did not receive all the itens to proceed with the clearance. I was travelling and I would be no longer in the city, then I requested to cancell the order but I have received no response from Brooks. The products are good but the customer service is terrible.

Item delivered quickly, but the wrong colour received. I emailed to ask if an exchange could be arranged but was told I would have to return and re-order (with no guarantee I would get the correct item the second time around). While the customer services team was not willing to help me exchange, they asked me to help them with their processes by sending pictures of the incorrect item! (In comparison a similar problem with another company resulted in them sending me a replacement item with a returns postage bag)

Having had a Brooks saddle on a past bike, I knew that they can be so so comfortable. But on the B17, Brooks has decided to make the section of the rails that mount to the seat post so short and so forward that you can't get a proper fit with them without buying a massively setback seat post. I hate my newly purchased B17 carved narrow seat because of this. It makes me wonder why Brooks decided to make a saddle that makes cyclists uncomfortable. If anyone at Brooks is reading this, please give me my money back (and of course, I've thrown out the box and used it for a week) so I can buy a C17 which has longer rails, and fix this known design flaw in your best-selling saddle. You're better than this.

Disappointing. I was writing immediately after the purchase an e-mail as I wasn't able to activate the 15% discount. I received an answer one day later that I should send back the saddle to order again. That doesn't makes sense - specially because of environmental reasons.

Shocking service. The seat was 2nd hand and had been used a lot, which makes me wonder about their quality control. Shame as I was expecting better from a company like brooks and the box and paper all leant towards a good quality experience until I picked up the saddle.

I can sum it up in a few of words. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SO TERRIBLE I CANCELLED THE ORDER!!! I would NEVER and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR PRODUCT TO ANYONE I RIDE WITH!!!!
