It came in a different color than the one I purchased. This is not the first time I have received a product that is slightly different from the picture. I couldn't exchange it because I didn't have time ahead of the competition. It's unpleasant that they sent it without any explanation. This is because I have received something different from the picture more than once. I am from a foreign country, so exchange is difficult.

Good experience on the we site. 2 problems: I registered to obtain a 10%discount but I never received the promo number. 2. I was supposed to be delivered last Thursday. I will apparently delivered next Monday.

Shirt arrived different color than pictured. Still attempting return - customer service is being extremely unresponsive.

Buying off the website was the easy part, getting the customer service to reply was mission impossible. The marketing material they presented us with wasn’t valid and they never got back to my multiple requests to change the codes. All in all customer service wasn’t helpful
