Although the product and communication is fine, the shipping charge of $40 for a $150 shirt is absolutely outrageous and ridiculous!!!!

Dear Andrea, We are really sorry about your review, We do have to a huge amount of expenses for shipping to USA being in Italy, for this reason $40 is the best we can afford in order to meet the customer's and firm's needs. I ordered a tailcoat that was delivered in the wrong size. Things like this can happen! But I contacted the customer service to get the “go” to send the tail coat back but also 4 days later no one responded. I ordered the tailcoat for a show and I don’t have a fitting one now. In my opinion the service is too slow, maybe it’s easier to give the customer directly the possibility to send their products back without asking for approval just as other companies also do. Kind regards!
