La mia esperienza è sufficiente, ecco le 3 stelle, anche perchè avevo selezionato e comprato dal sito una camicia da gara che ho scoperto essere esaurita solo dopo l'elaborazione dell'ordine e rimborsato il costo.

Received my order in due time and in perfect condition. I put 3 stars as the models and design of the CT products is beautiful. On the quality of the jackets fabric I still have my doubts as I had 1 new jacket very carefully washed and it was ruined. When contacting CT for the problem I got to the answer from the after sales that the jacket was no longer under guarantee. At the end I appreciated a 50% discount on my next jacket which I used on this purchase adding a saddle pad and an ear protection for my horse. I got the impression that CT has room improve the after sales service in case of a problem that potentially damages the image of the company and the quality of the products. Thank you! Karin

Ottimi prodotti, facilità nell’ordine e super veloce la consegna….l’unica pecca…. Ho acquistato una giacca, e visto il costo, mi aspettavo almeno di riceverla con un porta giacca , invece è arrivata in un semplicissimo cellophane…. Saperlo, avrei acquistato a parte un portagiacca….

Hello Guys I could only leave 3 stars I love your clothing and brand. But you sent me out the wrong belt and returning it was difficult and I’m still without a belt and waiting for a response from my email. It won’t stop me Buying your brand but it’s just a bit poor service. Many thanks Marcus

Dear Marcus, We are really sorry to hear that. The reason why the pick up was a bit complex is that it was in UK and we usually never arrange a pick up in United Kingdom as a company policy.
