-facilité de navigation sur le site. - peu de choix pour le moyen d'envoie du colis - faire payer des frais de ports pour une petite commande (colis < 1kg) avec un aussi gros montant d'achat (160 euros) n'est pas normal!!

I have always loved this brand. However, one of the pants I purchased this time has a skipped stitch. Since I noticed it after wearing them, I didn't request a return or exchange. I hope you can strengthen the quality control before products leave the factory!

A problem hard to tackle. You buy a jacket because you particularly like the colour. And on the website it looks like orange red. You receive the parcel and it is rather dark red, red .
