The product always arrived prompt and well packaged. I had issues with the original circuit board which I replaced. The replacement board has never worked correctly, has been sent back twice and still does work. Report this and never heard anymore about this. Very disappointed with a product that was supposed to be the market leader.

Dear Mr. Gorman, we are sorry but we did send you 1 free of charge replacing board and once you returned yours back we have checked it and it was perfectly working. This means that the problem has to be identified not as a product problem, but in a wiring mistake. As we explained the issue could be only caused by wrong wiring and/or a damaged battery. You need sunlight to recharge the battery on a solar-powered gate opener and be sure that the wirings from the solar panel are correct. Check the polarity of your wirings and check that the wires are not damaged. We asked you many times to share with us pictures of your board, to show your installation and wirings, but never received any reply. We are not able to help you further if you do not communicate precise data, but we remain at your full disposal to help you find out the wiring mistake if you would share some pictures with us to check them. also, Check the tension from the solar panel with a multimeter. At full sunlight on a sunny day, a 10W solar panel shall charge up to 17-18V. the minimal tension to recharge the battery is 13.8V from the solar panel. Since you did never share those data with us it is not possible to help you but we can assure you that you can always get our full technical support.

Nach dem ich die Ware reklamierte habe auf meine E-mails keine Antwort mehr bekommen. Nachdem ich Paypal eingeschaltet habe würde mir der preis rückerstattet!

Die Lieferung pünktlich mit der Information das fehlende Teile nachgeliefert werden - die Nachlieferung war leider nicht komplett - die komplette Bestellung wurde im Voraus bezahlt. Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme per Email keine Rückmeldung warum nicht komplett geliefert wird oder die Differenz des Kaufpreises zurückerstattet wird. Schade!! Vielleicht gibt es noch eine Rückmeldung der Firma?

Lei ha acquistato un kit apricancello SW7000 nel 2016, non ci ha mai piu scritto. Nel 2017 le abbiamo inviato una scheda in pre-sostituzione di cui quella dichiarata malfunzionante non ci è mai stata resa e nel 2020 vediamo che ha acquistato un pezzo di ricambio per un componente di un attuatore rotto a causa di un colpo meccanico subito. Costo 25€. Ritenaimo la sua recensione negativa ingiustificata e pretestuosa.

Achat d'un moteur avec alimentation solaire pour un portail fait maison auto porté sur 6m de long. Le moteur fait le travail sans souci. J'ai commandé des photocellules reflex (fonctionne avec catadioptre) et cela forme vraiment un bel ensemble. La portée de la réception radio est correcte. Les claviers sont cependant complexes d'utilisation. Les deux télécommandes et le sélecteur font le travail sans souci.
