Prodotti originali a prezzi competitivi, ma quello che secondo me fa la differenza è la disponibilità dell’assistenza clienti, top!!! Ho acquistato una licenza AutoCad per Mac e mi sono trovata benissimo. Super consigliati!

The code given didn't work for the product I needed it to. They sent me another, folded up in an .iso so obviously had to check that for the viral stuff. Basically their defence was 'i know we got the wrong code but open this .iso and you on't need to even check it or worry because we legit". Which is also what a thief would say. Way more drama than I was looking for in a purchase of any kind. Imagine that experience put on to something else. - Buys "milk", but it tastes like strawberries. - Complains - "You right that's not milk, it's even better strawberry drink! We didn't poison it. Bon appetit"

Der Verkäufer hat sehr schnell geliefert und der Preis war so gut, dass ich nicht mit einem funktionierenden Support gerechnet habe. Da es tatsächlich Probleme bei der Lizenzierung der Software gab, hatte ich ein Weilchen länger Kontakt mit den Supportmitarbeitern und war sehr positiv überrascht. Es war immer das Bemühen um eine schnelle Lösung meines Dilemmas spürbar. Und am Ende habe ich wirklich eine sehr preiswerte Lizenz für ein interessantes und un funktonierendes Softwareprodukt erhalten. Ich kann Esdcodes nur empfehlen.

La mia esperienza è questa. Compro una licenza, di giovedì sera. Mi arriva il codice che, però, risulta inutilizzabile. Segnalo la cosa. Seguo le loro istruzioni, inviando lo screenshot che attesta il problema. Poiché mi serve la licenza e non posso attendere altro tempo, mi rivolgo a terzi (tra l'altro meno cari) e chiedo il risarcimento a Paypal, che mi assiste puntualmente. Il lunedì seguente mi inviano una nuova chiave che io non uso per correttezza. Segnalo che non mi serve più per i motivi sopra esposti e mi inviano un modulo chiedendomi di compilarlo e di allegare il mio documento di identità. Mi rifiuto per tutela dei miei dati ma dichiaro che non ho utilizzato e non utilizzerò la nuova chiave e mi rispondono che useranno quella risposta per la loro difesa con Paypal. Fortunatamente Paypal ha chiuso la pratica a mio favore

Ich habe am 28.1. Office 365 gekauft. In der Mail stand: "Wenn die eingegebene E-Mail-Adresse Fehler enthält oder Sie die Lizenz auf eine andere Adresse übertragen möchten, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte unter support@esdcodes.com und geben Sie sowohl die aktuelle als auch die neue E-Mail-Adresse an. Wir werden die Änderung so schnell wie möglich vornehmen." Da ich sicher war, dass meine e-mail-Adresse stimmt, habe ich angenommen, dass die Aktivierung AUTOMATISCH erfolgt. - Da wir zur Zeit in Indien unterwegs sind, schaue ich nicht täglich in meine mails. Ich hatte angenommen, dass ich spätestens 31.1. die Einladungsmail in meinem Postfach vorfinden würde. Dem war aber nicht so. Als ich mich dann am 31.1. an die Firma wandte, weil mein Abo am 31.1. auslief, bekam ich folgende Antwort: "The old subscription may still be valid till tonight; please contact us on Monday to proceed with the new activation. We remain at your disposal." Da mein Mann WORD unbedingt braucht (er ist Schriftsteller), hab ich das Abo für Office 365 direkt bei Microsoft verlängert und dafür 130,- € gezahlt. Am Montag, den 2.2. erhielt ich dann erst die angekündigte Microsoft-Einladungsmail. Warum dennoch vier Sterne? Esdcodes hat mir angeboten, mir die rund 40 € zurückzuzahlen. Das finde ich sehr fair - vor allem in Zeiten wie diesen.
