Dear Customer, We sincerely regret not being able to meet your needs and expectations. To summarize the salient points of our lengthy and repeated email exchanges: - You initially contacted us to complain that the Office 2021 Home & Student license for Mac costs more than the Windows license . We provided clarification regarding the prices, that are mainly determined by the manufacturer and by availability - You wrote that you only wanted Word and asked if there would be any additional costs . We explained that the standalone application is not available and that the Office 2021 Home & Student package for Mac, including Word, is valid for life and only requires the initial cost. We also provided you with a discount coupon for your purchase - You said the discount was too low, asked to be placed on a waiting list for higher discounts, and asked to give you the software for free in exchange for some copywriting works you could have done for us . We explained that no such solutions were available, but that you could subscribe to our mailing list to stay informed about periodic offers - You asked us why we hadn't provided you with information about Office 2016. . We replied that since you asked us about a specific product, we responded to you about that, but we apologized for not informing you about other available products and suggested you check the system requirements since it was an older product - You asked for additional information about Office 2016 Home & Business . We provided you with the requested product information - You asked to be contacted by phone . We explained that we do not provide telephone support - You complained that a Microsoft account was required to redeem the license and download the software and that you didn't want to have one . We explained that this is not our choice but the only option available from the manufacturer - You told us you encountered difficulties downloading and activating the software . We provided you with instructions to resolve the issue, reminding you that the same instructions are included in the delivery emails - You complained that the step-by-step instructions we provided were too detailed and written in technical language you didn't understand . We provided you with a summary of the instructions already provided to resolve the issue - You wrote to us that we should provide a solution that would allow to install and activate with a single click . We explained that the product you purchased does not provide such a solution - You asked for a refund . We explained that once the license has been used, it cannot be refunded, and we are available to provide technical assistance - You informed us of further difficulties you are experiencing in activating the product, having acted independently in a manner different from that indicated . We provided you with further clarification on the correct activation procedure - You asked why we didn't provide free technical support, as indicated on the website, and why we hadn't contacted you by phone yet . We clarified that free technical support is what we were already providing and reiterated that we do not provide telephone support - To make it short, you repeatedly asked for not available solutions and every time we gave you instructions, you refused to follow our instructions and criticized the quality of our support service. We sincerely regret having disappointed your expectations and will use this experience to address any gaps in our service.
