I bought a copy of Microsoft office 2021. When I loaded it, it was in Italian!. Online instructions helped me change the language to English, which resulted in two versions of Office being loaded. I thought I had a problem with the licence key as well, but contact with Esdcodes customer service helped me sort out my error. (they also provided a solution to the language issue so I should have contacted them in the first place). I still don't know why the program loaded in a foreign language, however I am happy that I now have a properly working English version, and that Esdcodes customer service proved to be concerned and helpful.

Il prodotto è pervenuto in tempo reale alla mia mail, ho avuto difficoltà a scaricarlo per via di alcuni files rimasti nel computer dopo la disinstallazione delle versioni precedenti, tant'è che in un primo momento ho dubitato della serietà del prodotto. Invece sono stata seguita passo passo e, una volta disinstallati tutti i files residui, ho potuto utilizzare la licenza. Problema risolto entro 24 ore dall' acquisto
