Package has been stuck at the warehouse for weeks now and I’ve barely gotten a response from customer service on how they’re fixing the issue. I like the product but cannot recommend them to any customer in the US.

The shoes were faulty. I contact Fizik 6 times. No one came back to me from customer support. I returned the shoes. I'll never buy from Fizik direct again. Dreadful service.

Absolute worst shipping I've ever experienced - countless problems, and the item was never even delivered. I suggest you stop using UPS.

Je suis déçu que Fizik n'utilise que le service UPS pour livrer ses clients. Je n'ai a ce jour pas reçu ma commande soit disant par faute dans l'adresse alors qu'elle est exacte. J'aurais aimé être livré par colissimo, au moins eux acheminent les colis jusqu'à chez moi !

Ordered a pair of cycling shoes, got delivered within 4 days. The package got stolen right after delivery, before I could take hold of it. Tried contacting the costumers support, without answers. After more than two month, a complaint via the local police department and via federal consumer support, still no reimbursement. The delivery company UPS was not held responsible, the sender Fizik was.

Ich habe die bestellten Schuhe nicht erhalten da der Postbote meine Hausnummer nicht gefunden hat. Nach reichlich Emailverkehr warte ich nun nach über einer Woche immer noch auf die Sendung. Das muss besser gehen…

Very disappointed. Was shipped to wrong address, the wrong state. Further. I sent note you had wrong address and you ignored. Would have been 9th Fizik saddle over 15 years. How do I get credit card refund. ?

UPS m'indique avoir livrer le colis à "Bouxwiller" et rien de plus comme indication. Cependant j'ai demandé la livraison chez moi au 5 rue du fossé, Ingwiller, 67340. Impossible de contacter UPS correctement pour ce genre de problème. Le SAV est un robot qui me fait tourner en rond. Je n'ai donc pas reçu mon colis.

Your chatbots suck. Useless. Could not get quality help. Your website is misleading when it says to get customer service and you cannot connect with a real person. From the last time I purchased a product to now you have gone down. Makes me wonder if it worth buying any more Fizik.

The shoes are too small. No big deal. Send them back right? NOPE. Customer service is awful. Just an automated link the process the return. Guess what, THE LINK DOESNT WORK. I’ve sent about 6 emails and customer service requests and haven’t heard ANYTHING.
