It was great and fun! Shipment was really fast and snowboard was delivered securely packed and without any damage, very streamlined process. The only thing that bothered me a bit was a "SMS Info service" that I added to my order and was charged 2.99€, but I did not receive any SMS, just email messages communication and info regarding the shipment and tracking details. I don't know if this works only for ITA but it should be explained better when taking order. Besides that, everything was PERFECT and I am more than happy to purchase on FreshFarm. Definitely one of my new favorite web shops. The crew also stacked bunch of stickers with the receipt which really made my day and I was laughing like a little kid in a toy store! Thanks again for everything ;)

Snowboard was sent right away and was received in perfect condition. It would have a been a perfect experience if the chosen delivery company had done as good as a job.
