the shipment was fast, but the boots happen to be too small, and unfortunately the return is not fast at all. So if the return is a part of overall customer experience, then such experience is far from ideal.

1. I like their shoes, and the buying process and delivery went fast. 2. But I have asked questions twice on their pages before buying and they just have not given me any answer at all within two weeks. 3. Their shop finder is terrible. I have tried four shops in my neighborhood but none of them worked.

Wir haben drei Paar Schuhe bestellt. Zwei für meine Frau und eins für mich. Meine Frau hat ein Paar behalten (sehr schön und passt). Das zweite Paar mussten wir zurück schicken, weil es zu groß war, obwohl meine Frau den gleichen Schuh in der gleichen Größe bereits 2022 gekauft hat. Er wird nun umgetauscht. Mir war mein Paar aber zu schmal, obwohl es von der Länge passte. Also haben wir es mit gleicher Post zurück geschickt um eine Kaufpreiserstattung zu erhalten. Mein Geld habe ich immer noch nicht zurück und von Garmont auch keine nachricht erhalten. Fazit: Gute Produkte, schlechtes Retourenmanagement.

Per adesso do un punteggio basso, ma solo perché le scarpe prese mi hanno dato dei problemi. Infiltrazioni d'acqua dalla punta. Mi hanno chiesto di rimandare il prodotto, a mie spese, per fare sei test. Solo dopo verranno sostituite o rimborsate. A carico sempre del cliente tutto. A me importa solo che mi venga ridato un prodotto funzionante.

le scarpe erano sicuramente una restituzione, la scatola d'imballo originale era rovinata (aveva preso acqua) e inserita dentro un'altra scatola, le etichette erano staccate e i lacci già passati. La scarpa dx presenta una piccola macchia (scarpa scamosciata), sicuramente altri l'avrebbero restituita ma non avendo tempo da perdere per tutta la pratica ho deciso di tenerla. Sarebbe stato più corretto specificarlo. A parte questo le scarpe sono comode e ben fatte. Se dovessi prendere in considerazione un altro acquisto vorrei non avere sorprese.

Ho riservato il ritiro delle scarpe che ho acquistato per cambiarne il numero. Ritiro previsto martedi' 19 marzo, ma non si e' presentato nessuno...

Aún no he recibido el producto comprado, pero la página me parece engañosa, te ofrecen un 10% de descuento por registrarte que solo es para productos que no estén en oferta( pues ponlo, no me lo digas después de haberme registrado) y ofertan Lis portes gratis a partir de 100€. Pues me tocó pagarlos.

Evasione e spedizione dell'ordine velocissimi. Purtroppo però essendo già possessore di un altro paio di scarponi garmont Ascent GTX e non avendo avuto mai alcun problema, al contrario con le Tower 2.0 Extreme GTX (stesso numero su suggerimento del servizio clienti visto la calzata) ho avuto problemi con delle brutte vesciche su entrambi i talloni.
