Bonjour, La qualité des chaussures est certaine, c'est très important lorsqu'on achète des chaussures! lors de la procédure d'achat en ligne, plusieurs incidents se sont produits (le panier se vidait avec la sélection d'un nouvel article). J'ai transmis la description de ces incidents à Garmont. ceci peut être amélioré, comme le passage du panier à la liste des articles pour poursuivre la recherche.

Informazioni non chiare nelle comunicazioni via email riguardo ai codici promozionali.

Gentile Eduardo, grazie per aver dedicato del tempo a scrivere una recensione. Come già riportato nello scambio di mail intercorso ribadiamo come nella mail di benvenuto siano riportati in sequenza: - Il codice sconto; - I limiti di applicazione (no prodotti già scontati); - I prodotti best seller del momento. Come anticipato, i prodotti "best seller" sono quelli più venduti in un determinato periodo e possono essere a prezzo pieno oppure in promozione, in quest'ultimo caso non sarà possibile applicare il codice sconto di benvenuto. Prenderemo ugualmente in considerazione il suo feeback nonostante non abbiamo ricevuto altri commenti di questo tipo finora. Un caro saluto

I want to exchange my shoes because they are too big. How long should I wait for an email from you? Do I have to wait for your approval to send the shoes back?I have sent so many emails and I have no response from you?!

Your return procedure is too complicated. And it seen you have changed your sizes slightly. I probably need ½ no less than normal (a frequent Garmont user for 15 years), and given that it is pretty irritating that I have to spend 25 Euro for return postage.

Consegna puntuale e ottimo servizio. Ho avuto qualche problema nella navigazione del sito web. La politica dei resi non è molto chiara. Vorrei che comparisse in fase di checkout.

Unfortunately the tracking of the parcel is not possible, therefore I cannot plan ahead to be home to receive it. Also the website says the shipping is free above 100 euros, but even though my boots were 150 euros I had to pay for shipping.

Super tolle Schuhe und super tolle Produkte. Sehr schneller Versand. Leider Rücksendung kompliziert/keine Rücksendung Etikett zum ausdrucken. Rücksendung ist nicht kostenfrei(für Zwei paar Schuhe21,80€)

Hace falta un numero de talla mas del que sueles utilizar

Gracias por dejarnos su opinión. Elegir una talla no suele ser fácil, para cualquier consejo puedes escribir a nuestro servicio de atención al cliente en onlinestore@garmont.com. Ten en cuenta que si la talla que has pedido no te queda bien, siempre puedes hacer una solicitud de devolución en línea y pedir que te cambien la talla o te devuelvan el dinero.

Website for requesting a different size of the boots did not work 100% but in the he end we could work it out with the support (-1 Star). Okay: Sending the original back on my own money... would be okay if it was clearly below 10€. But in germany it did cost me 16€

We are sorry that you encountered problems with the return procedure but we are happy that customer service resolved the issue quickly. Regarding the return costs unfortunately forwarders and postal services can sometimes have high prices, it depends on the distance of the shipment and the parcel. Garmont's decision not to offer the free return service stems from a sustainable intention: we only want customers to buy our products if they are sure they need them, so that fewer couriers are circulating. We thank you for your feedback and will try to improve in the future.

Leider kann man die Garmont Tactical Schuhe nicht in Deutschland bei Händlern bekommen, ansehen anprobieren und kaufen. Es ist sehr schwer eine Einschätzung der richtigen Grösse zu bekommen. Die Schuhe scheinen im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Marken sehr schmal geschnitten zu sein, trotz der Weiten Variante. Das gleiche erlebte ich schon vor ca 20 Jahren, als ich mein erstes Garmont Paar kaufte. Es wäre toll wenn es dazu einen besseren Größen-Leitfaden und eine kompetente Selbsteinschätzung seitens Garmonts geben würde.
