I ordered a pair of boots for Ranger school. When I tracked the shipment it said my boots had been delivered to Fayetteville, NC. (I live in the western US.) I reached out to customer service but it has been radio silence.

Regarding your attempts to contact us previously, I have carefully checked our email records, including our spam and junk folders, using both your name and email address, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to locate any prior messages. I truly apologize if there was an error on our end and we somehow missed your correspondence. I did locate your order in our system and confirmed that the shipping address you provided was entered correctly. We did ship the boots to that address as requested. However, upon reviewing the tracking information, it appears USPS unfortunately misrouted the package, sending it to Fayetteville, NC instead. While this type of shipping error is certainly not typical, it can regrettably happen on occasion. To resolve this for you as quickly as possible, we have already processed and shipped a complete replacement order at no additional cost to you. This new shipment should be on its way very soon. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the shipping carrier's error and any frustration you experienced with communication. Ease of ordering was great. I had made a mistake on the shipping address with rush shipping after normal business hours, sent an email, the gentleman called before 8am and remedied the whole mistake. Incredibly grateful!

It was great and the boots fit excellent. I have a pair of boots that fit like tennis shoes and they were not built to be as durable. These are wonderful and would absolutely recommend.

Can't get a hold of customer service to claim a warranty. After a less than 3 months of use, two of the eyelets on my LE 2.0 boots have come loose, one has fallen off. I tried emailing them a month ago, but they never got back to me. I need you to actually help me. I can't afford to wait for another pair of boots.

The site was profressional, easy to navigate, and provided great information for each of their boots which made it hard for me to choose one of their many awesome selections. Shipping was fast and I could not wait to put on my new boots.
