Boots shipped quickly; however, they were a size too small. Sent them back ($28 to ship back out of pocket), was told when I called I would get store credit which means I have to wait until they get them back and receive them before I order the boots I need. Then emailed and was told I would get a refund, emailed twice since then to confirm but have not received an email back. Boots may be great (don’t know…) but their selling/returns/customer service all need a lot of work. Ordered two weeks ago and still do not have the boots I need. I recommend trying another company.

My overall experience shopping with Garmont was perfect. They had all the sizes to select from, and shipping was fast! I ordered the T 8 BIFIDA boots, and they are a very well made boot for a fair price. I am still breaking them in at the moment, but I can tell I will be a customer for life. My only complaint about the website it the lack of “technology” information and description available on the page of each different boot. I would like to see more specifications and general information.

Although I loved the pair of wide boots and socks I purchased, I wished there could be extra extra wide boots for wide wide feet. Boots and Socks: 5/5 Width of boots: 3-4.

If you want the perfect boot for performance and comfort, Garmont is the way to go. I could’ve be happier with the boots, or the customer service I received from the company. 100% would recommend to anyone!

Good: Boots were good quality, and were not too rough on my feet when I first put them on. The break-in process was moderately rough, but that is to be expected with harder boots like Garmonts. Bad: The return process is not as easy as Amazon, and having to go to a shipping location to send my package is a hassle.

The ordering process was very easy. I was glad that they deliver to APOs otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to order the boots. I’ve been wearing these boots for over 4 years now, so I’d be very disappointed if I couldn’t get a new pair!
