I ordered size 8wide, received 8 regular. When I spoke with your representative he informed me the order was for 8 regular and the your automated system could not make this mistake. I was told I myst pay to return the boots and also pay for a replacement pair. I chose to donate the boots to disabled veterans and shop elsewhere. Not anything like a pleasant experience…

We have also tested our website's ordering interface and confirmed that the system is functioning correctly. To ensure the fastest possible delivery, our ordering process is fully automated. Once an order is placed, it is transmitted immediately to our remote warehouse, where the team begins the picking and packing process. Because of this speed, we are unable to make manual adjustments once the order is in the system. Return & Refund Process While we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels, we would be happy to accept your return. Here is how the process works: Return: You may ship the boots back to our warehouse at your convenience. Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the boots and return them to our active inventory. Extremely satisfied with the customer service I received with Garmont. I had a minor issue where one of the boots I received, had a minor defect. I reached out to Garmont. They helped get everything sorted out in a super timely manner, and were very responsive. I am 100% a satisfied customer and I will continue to buy Garmont boots in the future!

Return took so long. Just wanted a different size, it’s been a week now and my return still hasn’t been process yet. Very bad 1/5

Please accept our sincere apologies for the oversight on our end; we certainly didn't mean to miss that first communication. Once we connected on April 3rd, we are glad we were able to get your return instructions sent over to you immediately. Our records show that your boots arrived back at our warehouse on April 7th. Under our standard return policy, it typically takes 7 to 10 business days from the date a return is received for a refund to be processed and reflected on your customer statement. However, because of the delay with the initial request, we wanted to ensure we took care of this as quickly as possible. We worked directly with our accounts manager today, Monday, April 13th, to expedite the return. We are happy to confirm that your refund has been processed today. I’m leaving three stars on the boots itself!!! The website is great, informative!!! I called customer service for a question on my order. Fast and friendly. Customer service is great. The boots arrived they are nice I’ll admit, light weight and the shoe lace boots are a fantastic idea. The lugs on the boots are very grippy. The leather is has a perfect shine to it as well. The boots do wrap around your ankle and hug it for support. I order a 10.5 wide. I wore them around the house to break in for three days. Then a few times to work finally. The complaint I have is I don’t think they are wide enough. Theirs bit of a hot spot on the side of the boot causing rubbing on the side of my foot. So with that being said I’m not sure if I’ll use these for long wear. I’ll be going back to my Danner Acadias.

However, I am very sorry to hear that the width of the 10.5 Wide isn't providing the comfort you need for long-term wear. Since you mentioned a "hot spot" on the side of your foot, here is a bit of information that might be helpful: The "Last" Difference: Every boot manufacturer uses a different "last" (the foot-shaped mold the boot is built around). Our wide widths are designed to provide extra volume, but because we prioritize a secure, "anatomical" fit to prevent internal foot slide, they may feel more streamlined than a Danner Acadia, which is known for a much broader, traditional stitch-down construction. Lacing Adjustment: Sometimes, a "hot spot" on the side of the foot can be relieved by using a window lacing (or box lacing) technique. This involves skipping a cross-over at the specific area where you feel the pressure, which allows the leather to flex outward more easily at that exact point. Break-in Period: While you’ve done a great job wearing them around the house, sometimes a thicker or thinner sock can drastically change how that lateral pressure feels during the final stages of the leather softening up. We appreciate you giving us a try, and we value your honest feedback regarding the width. It helps us as we continue to refine our sizing for our customers.

I am disappointed with Garmont and will never shop from this website or store again. I purchased some boots that were not satisfying and I submitted a refund request and it has been almost a month and I still have not heard anything from them. I also sent emails and still no response. Never again and I will also ensure my friends and fellow soldiers don’t shop with you because of your unprofessional business.

Great. Found what my son needed. Shipped to his base without a problem. The boots fit perfect. They are lightweight and within specs. He loves him. We will order again in the future. We were very pleased! Thank you!

My recruit has not yet received the boots and they were ordered on 22March. Also, you don't have women's sizes.

I have looked into Order #151727 and confirmed that it was dispatched promptly via USPS using USPS tracking #: 9405550105798023584635. While the USPS website indicates a delay within their shipping network, your package is still in transit and on its way to you. A Note on Sizing: You are correct that the majority of our boots are produced in Men’s sizes. Our general "rule of thumb" for women is to order one full size down from your standard size. For example, if you wear a Women’s size 8, you would select a size 7 in our tactical boots. The only exception to this is the T8 Athena. This boot was designed exclusively for women and is sold in standard Women’s sizing. Thank you for your patience and for choosing Garmont!

Easy ordering, quick delivery. Buy these for my son in college ROTC program and he swears by them. 2nd pair almost finished with 3rd year of program so they are pretty durable. They passed air assault school.

The website was easy to navigate. I really like the boots (T8) light weight, soft insoles and easy to take on and off. My only issue is breaking them in. I have wide feet and I normally wear a 10 1/2 EE jump boot. The 10 1/2 wide is not quite wide enough for my feet. Long story my break in time is taking longer than expected.
