Delivery of product went great. Problems started when I needed a different size. Had to pay to send boots back to a warehouse $30 and am still waiting on a refund over a week after boots arrived back after numerous emails. So $260 for boots then another $30 to send them back. Not a happy customer at the moment.

Very easy to select what product you needed and what size specifications. Got a chance to look at the shoes at a conference recently and was impressed by the quality and light weight material the shoes were.

The first time I chose the wrong size because your measurements turned out to be incorrect. However, the shoes are very comfortable and practical, and I bought them on sale.
