Website was easy to navigate. Products well priced, diverse choices with detailed descriptions, and plenty of size options. Shipping/ delivery came in time frame that was given. My son loves his boots. He said they are comfortable, somewhat water proof, durable, and "a heck of a lot better than his program issued boots! " His feet a much happier.

The process was relatively quick. I had read a review of Garmont boots on Gritty Soldier and knew that your boots would be the best boot for the Fan Dance in Wales. That is why I chose your boot. I had issue boots left over from my Army days and they did not cut it for the long walk up and down the mountains that I plan on doing.

Shoes fit true to size. My son loves them says they feel like tennis shoes, very comfortable. He's in BCT so hoping they stand the test of time. But overall happy

Garmon makes a quality boot, but their sizing seems a bit off. I ordered two different boots in the same size, but the width is drastically different. Both high quality and a great price, but an advisement on width would be appreciated before purchase (if there was one, and I missed it, my apologies, and rating would be 5 stars.)

The boots seem to be great quality and I had a good purchasing experience until I needed to return the boots I purchased to possibly get a different size. There is no way to exchange them so I had to return them. On top of that, there are no free returns. I’m having to pay to return them myself. Because of this I will not be repurchasing any Garmont boots.
