Ordered 1st pair of boots but ended up not being the correct size, tried to send back but website was not operating correctly. Started working with customer service to correct the issue but when I sent the required information for corrected service even with email prompts customer service continued not to respond with return instructions so now I am stuck with $190.00 Boots that do not fit. I will mention the 2nd set of boots I purchased (while waiting to return first set) I absolutely love...hoping there is a way to remedy the issue would like to continue to use garmont for me and my families boot orders.

Boots were too narrow (I ordered a wide) and long, sizing is not reflective of Brannock size. I returned the boots, at 12% of the cost of the order for return shipping. Garmont received the boots 08/18 but I have not received a refund (it's been 7 business days). After paying for shipping and sales tax I am out 123% the cost of the boots and I have nothing for it.

I understand this has been a frustrating experience, and I want to address the other points you raised. Regarding the boot's fit, your feedback is very important. Getting a perfect fit can be challenging, and you've highlighted a key aspect of boot construction. While a Brannock device provides an excellent two-dimensional measurement (length and width), a boot's fit is three-dimensional, determined by the "last"—the unique foot-shaped form it's built on. Factors like foot volume and instep height play a crucial role, and the specific shape of a last can vary significantly between styles, even within the same "wide" sizing. We regret that this particular model was not the right shape for your foot. In regard to the return shipping, our goal is to offer our boots at the most competitive price possible. To achieve this, we do not build the cost of potential returns into our product prices, as doing so would increase the overall price for all customers. For this reason, our policy is that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We value your feedback and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

First I ordered to wrong size….. easy and simple return. The gentleman on the phone walked me through it. EASY DAY. I ordered the correct size and are literally wearing them as I type this. Great boot and very comfortable but yet sturdy and rugged all at the same time. I will be ordering another when that time comes.

I originally had the T8 670 boots in the military and I've loved them ever since. I did order the wrong size at first but I was easily able to return the boots and order the correct pair. They are great work boots especially for the summer.

I thought the ordering process was good. The socks offer was good but they didn't have the socks in the right size and that kind of made it a pain. I think the boot size should be considered in the flow and only suggest socks if you have them. Still it was quick and easy to to order the boots and it was obvious what was what. Shipping was simple and the package was perfect.

I bought boots for my son who is in basic training. They were easy to buy on line. Garmonttactical communicated with me quickly to update an address. The boots arrived to the base quickly with no issues. My son loves them, he said they are exactly what he was looking for. Thank you for making this experience so easy and for being so responsive to my questions and request.

Ordering was easy, but unfortunately my order was held up for over a week. No one contacted me. I finally put in a call and talked to a very nice person, I think his name was Nathan. He got the ball rolling on the order. But still took almost 3 weeks to deliver, when I paid for a 5 day delivery
