My shopping experience was good. Got the boots in a fairly quick manner. Only reason i gave 4 stars and not 5 is because of how difficult it is to return the boots which were too small.

Ordered a pair of T8 670s and loved them so I ordered a pair of T8 Falcons a few days later. Easy purchase. Good shipping with tracking. I will be ordering a pair of EVOs next hopefully. See ya again Garmont. Thanks for the great product

I emailed Garmont Tactical about two months before making a purchase and never received a reply (via the 'Contact Us' link at the top of every page). I was concerned about how sizing ran and was just looking for some reassurance about the return policy. After realizing my issue boots were not going to hold up any longer, I went ahead and purchased a pair of Garmont N870s. I am glad I did, they are amazing boots. I was just disappointed in the lack of follow through on the customer inquiry.

I ordered a pair of boots and one came with an eyelet rivet missing. I contacted customer support and they were able to send me another pair and figure it all out easily. Overall my experience with the customer support was great 10/10
