tutto facile e perfetto! Rispondono al telefono sempre e subito e mi hanno accontentato con tempi anche più stretti di quelli che avevano promesso in sede di ordine!

The color of the product looks a bit different from the picture, which is why I’m glad I ordered a sample. The sample costs turned out to be quite high in the end, which wasn’t fully clear at the beginning. Other than that, the product matches the description and the quality seems pretty decent and it is definitely something different.

I had a general great experience. My delivery arrived way ahead of the expected time, which was a relief. Tracking is a great tool. As a suggestion, it would be great to have an interactive tool where you could see how big the logo would be on your item while choosing the size, and not only when the draft arrives for approval. Also I had a tiny issue because I didn't get any emails or notifications stating that my drafts were ready for approval. I missed a couple of days there and I was on a tight schedule, and it never landed on my email or even in my spam. Somehow it got lost.
