I didn't get my refund yet.. after around 2 weeks

I received the purchased items well and am happy with the products. However, a couple of weeks later, I received an invoice from the courier that delivered the goods for custom duties for the import of the products into Switzerland in an amount that corresponds to more than 20% of the purchase price. I would have expected the published prices to be inclusive of custom taxes. Nowhere, when I purchased the products, was I made aware that I would need to pay such additional custom duties. I would not have purchased the products from the La Sportiva webshop if I had known, because with the custom duties, the products are now much more expensive than if I had purchased them from a shop here in Switzerland. I do not find that fair. La Sportiva has so far failed to reply to my inquiries.

Order went well and fast delivered. Send back complicated, no feedback, slow return and costly shipping which leads me to better order at retailer

I made a retournament and never got a feedback. The shoes are still located at the custom and nobody replies within the retournament chat.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren Die Bestellung und Lieferung hat gut funktioniert. Leider hat eine Hose nicht gepasst und ich wollte diese zurückschicken. Die Retoure wurde von mir wie beschrieben auf meine Kosten von 11,99 Euro zurückgeschickt. Diese Paket kam aber vom Empfänger zurück ohne Information was ich machen soll. Der Customer Service wurde von mir kontaktiert. Bisher leider ohne Erfolg. Leider keine gute Kommunikation. Viele Grüße

Shoe size was 1 number lower than in my other La Sportiva shoes. Returns are not free (although not my fault that they didn’t fit). Return on website not available. No hello when contacted by email. Only helped me after I called.

Shopping itself was fine, but as the return of the products seems to be a nightmare. As i reveived my order and i realized i have ordered the wrong model i tried to make a return. The return function on the website is not where it is supposed to be and cannot be found. I wrote an email to the customer service and I got absolutely no reply in 10 days. I have called the customer service and I was told I should simply return the goods at a certain address and provide the tracking number. However it was not exolained to me how the holiday period will affect this process and how the 14 days return time is calculated. I have returned the goods, provided the tracking number and still waiting. In the meantime also my account on the online shop seems to have been deactivated.

Dear La Sportiva team, Last August I bought the Aequilibrium Hike GTX shoes from you at #2000073648. I only used the shoes for the first time in the Alps today, on 2 December 2024. During the hike, I also had to cross snow passages and unfortunately moisture got into the shoes. However, I expected the shoe to be 100% waterproof, as it is advertised with reference to the GORE-TEX Extended Comfort membrane. The hike lasted four hours and the snow passages were only sporadic. No snow got into the shoes from above. Based on my good experiences with La Sportiva and the GORE-TEX membrane, I would have expected a lot more! The shoes are therefore only suitable for mountain hikes if you can expect dry conditions. This is not always to be expected for use in alpine terrain. What a pity, I am very disappointed! The purchase itself was OK, but I purchased on-line as I could not find the model in a physical shop around. I ordered 2 sizes as I could not fit them on. To send on pair back was impossible…. I contacted customer service who told me to push a button that was not there…. After 45min trying to access the return page I put one pair in a box with hopefully the right return address…. Will be interesting to see if I will ever get any money back. I will for sure never order on-line again.

Delivery worked, products are nice, Support could be way better. Since I couldn't fill out any forms on their Webside, i wrote their customer Support about ot, since I wanted to send back part of my delivery. Haven't heard from them yet. What's up with that ...
