Bonjour, Concernant les produits, pas de problème, tout est e; orde. Merci. Par contre, concernant la livraison, la société GLS n’a pas une bonne communication et nous avons du nous déplacer 2x pour aller chercher le paquet. Ce n’est pas la première fois que cela arrive avec GLS. Nous n’avons pas de problèmes avec les autres sociétés de livraison. Si nous avions su que c’était GLS, nous aurions probablement commandé autre part. Bien à vous.

Je mets “Bon” en commentaire et non “Excellent”, car je dirais plutôt “Très bon” : il y a toujours une petite marge d’amélioration. J’ai eu seulement deux articles qui m’ont déçue. La veilleuse licorne est tombée d’une toute petite hauteur (environ 10 cm) et quelque chose s’est cassé à l’intérieur ; depuis, elle fait du bruit quand on la bouge. Le second article est le stylo effaçable pingouin : le bouchon s’est cassé alors qu’il servait simplement à refermer le stylo. Mis à part cela, j’adore vos produits ! Je commande au moins une fois par mois, pour moi, pour ma fille de 5 ans, ainsi que pour offrir à mon entourage. Je trouve juste dommage que les clients réguliers ne reçoivent pas un petit cadeau ou une petite attention de fidélité. J’ai également commandé votre calendrier de l’Avent 2025 : ma fille et moi l’avons adoré ! C’est certain, je le recommanderai cette année aussi. Continuez comme ça, avec toujours autant de nouveautés et d’articles originaux 😊

The website was terrible when it came to checkout as it kept sending me in a loop! The only fix was to checkout in a private tab via my browser! Because of that, it took a longer while to receive an order confirmation email to the point I had to contact support to make sure my order went through! Processing the order took longer than the maximum of 72hrs, and delivery was far past 8 working days as stated on the website, and the tracking provided didn't provide very clear and up-to-date updates. Very disappointed considering this was my first order! However, I am grateful my item arrived. It seems good quality and there's no issues with the item itself. I'll still order again soon, but if I'm ordering gifts for people, it seems that I'll have to make sure I order a month in advance due to the extremely slow delivery service.
