Ich habe mit dem Onlinekauf keine Probleme gehabt,leider aber mit der Lieferung. Das Produkt wurde kurz vor Zustellung einfach wieder zum Hersteller zurück gesendet. Ohne vorherige Information,warum ? Das Produkt war ein Geschenk und somit standen wir zum Kindergeburtstag ohne Geschenk für die Freundin meiner Tochter da.

According to the information provided by the forwarder company, the parcel was returned to the sender as it was marked as refused, and for this reason we proceeded with a full refund of the amount paid. Plus jamais ! Honteux ! Ma fille a passé une commande de plus de 60€. Dans sa commande , un bic ouvert , griffé et sans la petite figure dessus . 3 mails que j’envoie pour un retour et zéro réponse . De plus, je lis dans les infos que si retours , c est au client de payer les frais de port !!! Franchement honteux !!! Le bic ira à la poubelle et vous perdez un bon client !
