J'ai réalisé plusieurs achats en février et mars. Très satisfaite des commandes et du suivi de l'envoi. Joli site avec des ptes vidéos et présentations qui font rêver les enfants notamment pour Pâques. Dommage qu'il n' y ait pas un système de fidélité pour récompenser après plusieurs achats, bon de réductions ou petits cadeaux.

Leider sind zwei von acht Stiften defekt geliefert worden, was mich natürlich nicht zufriedenstellt und kostbare Zeit kostet, um dieses Problem zu beheben.

Ich habe mehrere Artikel die verfügbar waren bestellt. Bei der Lieferung sind von ca. 20 Artikeln nur 3 geliefert worden. In der Versand Mail stand zwar das nicht alles geliefert werden konnte. Aber auch keine Auflistung was geliefert und was nicht geliefert wurde. Das war eher unzufriedenstellend.

Worlds slowest delivery. Item says „processing” not shipped. wont give refund, forcing a charge back situation.

Les stylos sont supers ! Cependant vous avez choisi GLS comme livreur en France, et cela s'est très mal passé ! Ils ne sont jamais venus chez moi et ont déposé le colis dans un point relais sans me prévenir ! Pour une livraison payée 10 €, c'est cher payer pour devoir se déplacer pour récupérer son colis !

Livraison rapide mais j’ai un problème avec un produit qui s’est cassé rapidement. Il s’agit de l’antistress kitty que je n’ai pourtant pas si mal mené.
