Sono molto soddisfatta del prodotto acquistato, che conosco e apprezzo da tempo. Come primo acquisto on line ho letto che avrei avuto la spedizione gratis, invece mi è stata addebitata ugualmente. Avrei gradito una maggiore chiarezza su questo tipo di informazioni.

Qualität der Stifte gut. Verpackung und Lieferung auch top. Aber was fehlt ist eine Rechnung. Die kam nicht und bei Nachfrage schrieb der Support, dass sie derzeit keine Rechnung ausstellen können. Das ist nicht optimal.
