Wir lieben Legami, das einzige was doof bei der letzten Bestellung war das wir eine defekte Lampe hatten. Diese wurde zwar anstandslos zurück bezahlt uns wäre aber eine Ersatzlieferung viel lieber gewesen da ich sie nicht erneut bestellen kann wegen den Versandkosten.

Le choix a été fait par mes petits enfants, qui étaient pressés de recevoir ces cadeaux. Ils ont été très heureux de les voir. La présentation est originale. Merci pour eux.

Envoi rapide, emballage parfait ! dommage que les frais de port soient si élevés, quelque soit la commande...

Nessun problema con il prodotto in sé (ricariche delle penne legami), ma il packaging era demente. Una scatola da scarpe, non scherzo, per delle minuscole ricariche. Pessimo per l'ambiente.

Von den bestellten 5 Sets wurden mir nur 4 geschickt. Auf meine sofortige Rückmeldung wurde nicht reagiert. Erst auf meine erste 0-Stern-Rezension wurde reagiert, wobei meinem Wunsch, dass mir das fehlende Set noch zugestellt wird, nicht entsprochen wurde. Stattdessen ein für den Kunden äusserst mühsamer Antrag auf Rückerstattung des zuviel bezahlten Gelds. Unter dem Strich kein finanzieller Verlust, aber viel Zeit verloren und eine Entschuldigung gabs übrigens nie. Kundendienst ist was anderes…
