The Legami pens are great, however 10 out of 13 came with bar code stickers on them. On removing the stickers, they left a very sticky residue behind that was almost impossible to remove. I tried white spirit, but unfortunately it didn't work on some and others it took some of the colour off the pen. Such a shame, please change your glue or don't put stickers on them.

Très déçu de ma commande. J'ai commandé un sac a dos et une trousse. De très mauvaise qualité. Le sac est pailleté et ceci n'est pas décris sous le produit. Le sac est arrive avec une tâche. Et la trousse a des accros. Et le pire c'est que les frais de port de retour sont a la charge du client. Abusé surtout pour un retour d'articles défectueux. Je ne recommande pas du tout et je ne commanderais plus.

Shopping experience on the website was OK, I ordered the products I wanted on 27th June which were dispatched the following week. It then took 12 business days for delivery to happen, it arrived at the facility in London on 10 July and didn’t arrive at my door, also in London, for another week after that. Shipping & delivery experience was appalling, 3 weeks to deliver an in stock item is far too long. I don’t expect Prime speed but I could have walked to Italy and back in that time.

Ware gut und schnell geliefert. Aber, die 50% Ermäßigung auf die Versandkosten der ersten Bestellung konnte ich nicht nutzen da nirgendwo eine Info war das der Code per mail kommt. Auf eine Mail von mir zu diesem Sachverhalt bekam ich keine Antwort.
